- At the door, ring the bell for the ground floor. The receptionist will answer the door.

Car
Parking in Hanover Square, Mayfair, London can be a bit challenging due to its central location. However, there are several options available:
- Pre-booking: You can pre-book secure parking spaces through services like JustPark
. This can help ensure you have a spot reserved before you arrive.
- Nearby Car Parks: There are several car parks nearby, such as the Q-Park Mayfair and the Hilton Park Lane Car Park
. These offer secure parking but can be a bit pricey.
- Street Parking: Limited street parking is available, but it can be difficult to find a spot, especially during peak hours
It's a good idea to plan ahead and consider pre-booking to avoid any inconvenience.

Referral letters
Patients who come to see us are usually referred by another Doctor, most often a general practitioner or a paediatrician. The reasons to do this are that:
- Health insurance companies often require it.
- We would need professional information on the child’s background and development.
- We may need to ask the doctor to carry out further treatments and it is unlikely that he or she will accept to do this without having previously been involved with the referral.
- In the UK healthcare system, the GP holds the overall view of any individual’s health and represents the gatekeeper to specialist care. It is good practice to recognise this.
- Our will is to make the child feel, each time possible, that most people being interested in his fulfillment are working together as a team.
Insurance
There is usually no difficulty with health insurance reimbursement but you should check with your company beforehand. Not all UK health insurance policies cover psychiatry, so-called chronic disorders, “developmental problems” or what they call behavioural problems. The occasional company resists a charge over £180 for a first appointment because in most areas of medicine an assessment lasts 30 minutes. Although it is possible to carry out an assessment over two or three appointments, charging for each separately, this takes much longer and will not always solve the problem as insurance may well only pay for the first appointment.
Our contract is with you, not with your insurance company.
We cannot get involved with major correspondence with your insurance company on your behalf, and we need to say that in bringing your child to see us or in booking an appointment for you, you accept the responsibility to pay our fee if your insurance does not.
