Treatment & Follow-up with Dr LeClercq

Post assessment

If you wish to explore treatment options following the assessment, Dr. Leclercq offers a dedicated 90-minute follow-up appointment. This session provides detailed feedback on the assessment findings and explores practical next steps, ensuring that all aspects of diagnosis and treatment are clearly understood.

Should medication be considered—such as for ADHD—Dr. Leclercq will manage this process in collaboration with your GP or paediatrician. He follows a structured, evidence-based approach to medication decisions, taking time to explain the role of treatment, its potential impact, and how it fits into the broader picture of ADHD.

Above all, Dr. Leclercq places great importance on helping patients build self-understanding. He views this as a vital investment in long-term wellbeing, confidence, and success.

Medical Follow-up appointment (30-45-60 minutes)

Follow-up appointments may be offered, with their frequency determined by Dr. Leclercq based on the individual needs of each patient.

Sessions & Follow-up with Dr Boulard

With extensive expertise in psychopathology and developmental psychology, Dr. Aurore Boulard believes that a well-formulated diagnosis can be a powerful tool for self-understanding.

For both children and adults, it can help rebuild a fair and compassionate narrative about themselves.

As J.K. Rowling once wrote: “Understanding is the first step to acceptance, and only with acceptance can there be recovery.”

This quote resonates deeply with Dr. Boulard’s approach, as she is particularly interested in how the stories we tell—about ourselves and others—shape identity and emotional wellbeing.

Her therapeutic work integrates multiple models, always tailored to the individual’s unique background, needs, and psychological profile. She draws from a wide range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and person-centred therapy.

She also holds a certification in NLP coaching.

With children, Dr. Boulard often uses drawing and play as therapeutic tools. These creative methods allow children to express themselves freely and explore their challenges in a safe, imaginative space.

She also works closely with parents, helping them better understand their child or adolescent’s specific needs and regain confidence in their parenting abilities.
