I was born in Belgium and have spent most of my life there.

I have 15 years’ experience as a clinical psychologist, and I have worked in various university units and private departments.

At the University of Liège (BE), I worked in the Child and Adolescent Psychology Unit. I conducted several research on the development of the narrative function in children as well as research on ASD, ADHD and depression in adolescence and I wrote many scientific papers on these topics.

I also worked in the Delinquency Psychology Department where I conducted research on depression, anxiety and cannabis use as well as research on delinquent behaviours and their links with depression in adolescence.

As a Lecturer, I was responsible of different courses for both Bachelor and Master degrees (Child and Adolescent Psychopathology, Child and Adolescent Psychology, Developmental Psychology,...)

At the Univeristy of Paris Descartes,  as a member of the laboratory of Pr Adrien  I carried out research about early signs of autism based upon family movies.
I’m also ADOS-2 trained.

I was trained in Montreal, Canada  in the  Incredible Years® Parenting Programs, which enabled me to work therapeutically  with  parents. The parent programs focussed on strengthening parent-child interactions and attachment and parents’ ability to promote children’s social, emotional development.

In 2018, after completing an additional certificate at the Catholic University of Leuven, I became a legal witness for the courts: Family Court and Criminal Court while continuing my follow-ups and assessments in collaboration with Dr Cedric LeClercq, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.

I have also participated in the writing of developmental psychology books and manuals as a co-author or author.

She is highly specialized in the field of ASD, ADHD and high potentiel and is regularly contacted to participate in the writing of scientific book chapters related to her specialities.

Since I was in the UK  (July 2021), I obtained a Diploma in Psychological Therapies – APT Level 4 which includes CBT ; CPD;  BBT; SFT; ACT and Motivational interviewing.

I'm Chartered Psychologist  (membership number 700 860) and  HCPC registered (PYL 042800).

Before my career as a clinical psychologist, I was a professional musician.
I graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Music of Liège and I played in different orchestras and chamber music groups. I have also been a technical advisor/director of musical shows for children.
