Complaint Procedure

At Child Connect Limited, we take concerns and complaints seriously.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@childconnect.co.uk or write to:
Child Connect Limited, St George’s House, 15 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HS.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3–5 working days.

  • We aim to investigate and respond fully within 20 working days.

  • If more time is needed, we will explain why and keep you updated.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request an internal review.
If you remain dissatisfied after this process, you can escalate your concern to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR)
