Accessibility Statement

At Child Connect Limited, we are committed to providing accessible and inclusive services for all families and individuals.

Physical Accessibility

Our clinic is located within a multi-storey building that unfortunately includes eight steep steps at the entrance before access to the elevator.

Due to space and safety restrictions, it is not currently feasible to install a compliant wheelchair ramp.

We understand this may present difficulties for people with limited mobility. We want to assure you that we will always offer alternative ways to access our services.

Alternative Options

If you are unable to access our clinic physically, we are happy to offer:

  • Secure remote (video) assessments and therapy sessions

  • Telephone consultations

  • Flexible scheduling to support fatigue or sensory needs

  • Written summaries or materials in alternative formats (e.g. simplified language, French translation)

Let Us Know What You Need

We invite all clients to share any access requirements at the time of booking or referral.
We will always do our best to make reasonable adjustments that suit your needs.

Legal Commitment

We are committed to meeting the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 and the Care Quality Commission’s standards for responsive and inclusive care.
